This summer, a new generation of bicycle commuters has entered the world.
Many of them are young people.
They have never ridden a bike before.
But they are riding them for fun.
They don’t want to be stuck in traffic.
And they don’t have the time or money to buy one.
For years, bike advocates have been pushing for a bicycle infrastructure to help alleviate traffic congestion and keep people safe on roads.
It would be one way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce car ownership, and boost biking.
That’s exactly what the city of Chicago is doing.
Last year, the city invested $10 million in a new bike system that will be the largest in the nation, and it is expected to be completed in 2024.
The city is using the new infrastructure to create jobs and improve public safety.
But for those new bike commuters, it’s a new challenge.
The streets can be busy.
There’s no one to offer directions.
The new bikes also have some challenges.
One of the biggest is that they are designed for children.
And as a result, they’re often built to accommodate children, who often can’t walk or pedal a bike on their own.
Bicycle advocates say the new bike infrastructure will help.
The project is designed to be as safe as possible for children, said Jennifer Muhl, a spokeswoman for the city.
But it also will make it harder for young people to get on a bike because of the number of people in cars.
And it will take some time for the new bikes to be built, which is why it will be so hard for the bike advocates to get their message out.
Muhl said the new system will be built in the city’s existing bike lanes, so the bike lane for a new one will be in the same spot.
The system will also be able to accommodate bikes with wheels of up to 6.5 inches, she said.
It will also have two-way communication, so bike riders can talk to each other while the bike is moving.
Musharraf said the bike infrastructure also will help the city address its other major problems.
Bike advocates say it will provide more places to ride.
It’s also a much safer option for children who have mobility challenges.
And the city is aiming to reduce the number and severity of injuries on the roads.
That’s because accidents are often caused by people running red lights, running into people or blocking traffic, according to Muhr.
The bike infrastructure is a major step in the right direction, said Dan Kappel, executive director of the American Cyclists Association.
But he said it needs more work.
The group’s website and a YouTube video have been urging people to use bikes for years.
It said there are about 1.2 million Americans who ride a bicycle.
It also said there were 8.2 billion bike trips in the United States last year.
But in recent years, the group has seen a drop-off in participation.
In 2015, the organization said that just over 2 percent of Americans who used a bicycle in a given month used it to get to work.
And it’s not just about bike infrastructure.
It can also help reduce the cost of buying a bike.
For example, there’s a $10-per-month discount on bikes sold on Craigslist.
But many bike advocates are concerned about what they see as a shift away from riding a bike for pleasure.
They say the bike’s popularity is driving up costs.
And they say that is not what the new bicycle infrastructure will do for everyone.
